Pinot Grigio
White Wines
PDescription
The vaguely coppery reflections in the purely golden texture pay homage to the singularity of the vine of the same name from which a wine of great versatility is obtained, classic fragrances - and just as many flavours - of ripe pear, peach pulp, but also of rennet apple and the usual hints of wild herbs, including dandelion. Fruity par excellence, it has a fresh finish, appropriately acidic and easy to drink.
Food pairing
In some ways a 'fashionable' wine and therefore of immediate taste, easily combined with gastronomic breaks with delicacies primarily based on fish, seafood first courses, molluscs, crustaceans, egg pasta, varied vegetable salads, dishes preceded by delicious appetizers, always with this wine, reliable and carefree in supporting the many gastronomic delights, including fresh cheeses.
