The violet distinguishes it, starting from its colour, demonstrating sudden vinous grace, for a gentle charge of fragrances that recall - on the nose and on the palate - wild violets, purple rose petals, mitigated truffle scents. Energetic in its delicacy, with round, almost darting tannins, agile, which however tolerates drinkability for a few seasons.
Food pairing
Vinified with grapes from a selection decidedly aimed to exclusivity, it lends itself to satisfy the most sincere flavours of food, those in vogue among home cooking, a family tradition based on historical gastronomic subsidiaries, where each ingredient has a precise suggestion. With this wine, dairy lamb meats are immediately in perfect harmony.
