Produced in just 76 numbered Magnum bottles, this Trentodoc Extra Brut Riserva celebrates the year the winery was founded. The 2019 vintage interprets Letrari's present through a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Blanc, with aging in small oak barrels. The colour is straw yellow with golden and greenish reflections, the perlage very fine and persistent. The nose reveals notes of citrus, Renetta apple, hazelnut, bread crust and gentle hints of oak aging. The palate is savoury and crisp, energetic yet precise, with echoes of spiced bread and toasted yeast. The finish is long, fresh and authoritative. A cuvée crafted to tell the winery's roots in a contemporary style.

Oysters, amberjack and sea bass carpaccio, raw langoustines, shellfish risotto, oven-baked turbot, noble poultry, foie gras and medium-aged cheeses.
