The rarest and most iconic of the celebratory labels: only 152 numbered Magnums for this Trentodoc Rosé Extra Brut, born from the 2007 harvest and aged for 212 months on the lees — over eighteen years of slow evolution. It is composed of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay, a perfect synthesis of structure and finesse. The brilliant pink-orange colour introduces a complex aromatic profile, where elegant floral notes intertwine with Mediterranean fruit, citrus, succulent peach, redcurrant and spicy mineral nuances. On the palate it is vibrant, deep and harmonious, with great gustatory energy and a creamy texture leading to a remarkably long finish. A collector's wine that bears witness to Letrari's ability to defy time.
